The following terms of service (the "Terms") govern the use of our Binti program for African Women in Tech (the "Program"). By using the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility: The Program is open to all African women who are interested in the technology industry and are over the age of 18.
   
2. Membership: To participate in the Program, you must become a member by signing up for our program. We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue our membership requirements at any time.
3. Program Participation: You are responsible for your own transportation and any other expenses related to your participation in the Program.
4. Code of Conduct: We expect all members to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. We reserve the right to remove any member from the Program if they engage in behavior that is deemed to be unacceptable, including but not limited to, harassment, discrimination, or other forms of misconduct.
5. Intellectual Property: All content provided as part of the Program, including but not limited to, text, images, and videos, is the property of our organization or third-party licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any content from the Program without the express written consent of our organization.
6. Disclaimers: We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the Program or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained in the Program for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability: In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of the Program.
8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of our organization and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
9. Changes to the Terms: We reserve the right to make changes to these terms of service at any time. Your continued use of the Program following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
